NBA 2K10 Introduces New Features

Aug. 31 -- Developers for the NBA 2K series will introduce a commentary feature that updates phrases from in-game announcers throughout the season, according to a published report.

NBA 2K10 will include Dynamic Voice-over, in which announcers Kevin Harlan and Clark Kellogg will adjust their comments depending on how the actual NBA season unfolds.

Developers will pull daily statistical information throughout the season, and then incorporate their findings into new phrases from the announcers.

NBA 2K10 will also introduce a My Player feature, allowing players to create an athlete and guide them through an entire career. In addition, the game will add new, easy-to-use controls for dribbling and other ballhandling moves.

The game is scheduled to be released on all current platforms on Oct. 6.
