RETURN POLICY - DVDs

1. If you choose to place a DVD order through KobeBryantDVD ("We"), you agree to all policies and procedures surrounding the sale of that item. Items other than DVDs that are marketed on this site are subject to the return policies of the third-party merchants who fulfill those orders.

2. If you have received a defective DVD, we will accept the defective item and exchange with another one as long as it is within 15 days of the original date of purchase.

3. We will accept non-defective returns within 15 days of the original purchase as long as the DVD has not been damaged in any way, and is resellable.

4. We mail all DVDs sold on the Web site within 48 hours of the order receipt. We mail according to the address given to us in the order, though PayPal. If for some reason, you need to change the address, we will make every attempt to change it before the DVD is mailed. However, if we have already mailed the DVD or are unable to change the address before it leaves, we are not responsible for any costs to return that item back to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we get the correct mailing address.
